Was sorry to hear of Eva's passing. She was a good friend of my mother's, Vera Robertson. I was thankful I was able to watch her funeral online and thought it was an exceptional service / tribute to Eva. I was fortunate to hear Eva pray with my mother over the phone while visiting in Meade from out of town over Christmas 2020. Prayers for her family and friends.

Wow! I didn't know Eva had been crippled the majority of her life. She never complained, she was upbeat and smiling when we would deliver meals to her on Mondays from Carmen's Cafe (Pay it forward meals), she especially loved the chicken fry and cinnamon rolls. :) I am so thankful for my time with Eva, she is an inspiration and a sweet reminder that God sees us and knows us, and loves us more than anyone, and our lives and all its cares matter deeply to Him. Blessings and Peace to her family. Hattie Whipple

I failed to mention before I played the piano at the Nazarene Church when she wasn't able to be there and was so-saddened when they had to close the doors. I am so pleased with those who live stream services as I can attend as far as 200 - 300 miles. God bless you for doing that in this case as I will be there.

As a child, I would occasionally attend the Nazarene Church and became acquainted with Eva, and her sweet loving spirit. Many years passed and I had never forgotten what a blessing she was to me. Four years ago I had the opportunity to start delivering Meals on Wheels to her thinking that now I would get to be the blessing to her. My young son always wanted to go say hi to "Miss Eva" and she always asked about him when he wasn't with me. Just last week when she asked about him, I mentioned it was his birthday, and the very next day when I delivered her meal she had a card and a candy cane to send to him. In the card, she told him that he was her little friend and that Jesus wanted to be his friend for life, encouraging him to give Jesus his heart. She also encouraged him to keep playing the piano as she did on many occasions when we saw her. Miss Eva, once again, you were the blessing to not only me, but my son. We love you so much and our lives are richer for having you in them and we will never forget you!! You are with your Savior that you love so much now, walking perfectly, and smiling down on us until we get to be together again!! We love you, Tammy and Jeremiah

We will so miss our friend Eva, We met at Rochester, before she had her aneurism surgery and she asked us to pray for her. We have been friends and prayer buddies since. She was a wonderful example of faith . May your memories of Eva be as blessed as ours. May God continue to bless you and your families. Deb and David from Mn.

I did not know Eva personally but heard a lot-of-things, always good about her from friends Evelyn Shadden and Brenda Maness. Grieve-as-you must, not-as-others are telling you is right, wrong or indifferent. Travel the pathway-of-legacy she has lived before you, there are no-pathways as each has an individual-one. May God bless you each-and-every one.

We will miss her deeply in our hearts because she was the gentlest soul to us. Eva was Our Heavenly Fathers faithful servant in so many ways. It was a blessing to see her faith, strength, and fervent Love of Christ. Our family will be forever grateful for love and friendship.
We celebrate that Eva is resting in the eternal love of God. Our prayers and love are with you and your family. Please accept our deepest condolences.
