Dear Selena I'm so sorry to read about the passing of Ginger, Kenneth and Kirk. My mom and dad loved their visits with your parents. My mom, Joyce, especially loved her cousin Kenneth. Please accept my condolences and prayers for comfort and peace for you and your family.

Dear Selena and Family,
So sorry to hear of Ginger's passing but know how much she deserves her " angel wings". I feel so blessed to have known her. Mom is here in Dallas with me and she sends you her love as well. I so remember those cinnamon rolls but also her "fried cheese". Our thoughts and prayers are with you. She will be missed.
Love,
Nia Iversen and Lorene White

Ginger was the sweeties lady, always so kind and loving to everyone! We have know Ginger and Ken since they came to Laverne. Have been close friends. Ginger helped Larry get a job through Panhandle Eastern Pipeline. We will always be grateful to Ginger for helping two young married people get this job! Ginger will be missed by all who knew her! Love and prayers to family.

We lived across the street from Kenny and Ginger. We loved them so much. Ginger never forgot our birthdays and always made us cinnamon rolls every year. About 6 years ago I talked to Ginger in the phone. She sent me the Methodist church cookbook with her cinnamon roll recipe. I have made her cinnamon rolls almost every week since I got it. I continue in her footsteps. I make them for moms who have had babies or surgery or just have had a hard time.i call them Ginger’s cinnamon rolls and I tell the story of the wonder lady who gave me the recipe. I’m so very sorry for your loss. She truly is the most beautiful woman that I ever met. The world has lost a precious lady.

Selena, I am so very sorry to hear of Ginger’s passing. She was so instrumental in Lesli’s formative years and myself, like all others parents, never had to worry if our children were in loving, caring hands. Fondest memories of her taking the little ones to check the mail daily and seeing all of them follow behind in single file like ducklings following their momma. Giving each child a dime out of her own pocket and taking them to Dauber’s so they could spend it was another highlight. There will never be another Ginger😢💕. I pray that God wraps you in His loving arms and grants you peace during this difficult time. Lesli and I loved her and we love you.

Selena and family--my thoughts are with you right now. Your mom leaves an unmatched legacy in the hearts of the many Laverne children she touched. May that legacy and your own special memories be a comfort to you now.
Mary
p.s. I still have her cinnamon roll recipe!
