I have sweet memories of the time my brother & I spent with ‘Uncle’ Vernon & ‘Aunt’ Pearl while Mom was working. Every time Uncle Vernon would come home, it was a race between him & me to see who could call the other stuck-up. He was a dear & gentle uncle to us.

I will always remember our summers with Vernon and his Parents when my Mom and Dad used to come visit on our vacation. I really looked up to my big cousin. I will really miss him.
