Vera enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.  Her hobbies were shopping (going to town as she called it), cooking, fishing, reading, and watching T.V., particularly “Cowboy shows”.  She enjoyed nature walks and scenic drives.  She was the go-to person for family history, always knew who everyone was in the pictures, and remembered everyone in the family’s birthdays.  She was also known for her story telling.  She loved to tell stories, never knew a stranger, and would talk to anyone.  She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
