TONI MARIE (STALDER) MINGUS

         Toni Marie (Stalder) Mingus was born November 2, 1953  to Thurman Gene and Marie (Davis) Stalder in Hugoton, KS.  Toni was raised in Shattuck, Ok and graduated from Shattuck High School in 1971.  Toni was united in marriage to David Paul Mingus  on August 1, 1980 in Shattuck.  To this union, one son was born, Preston Gene Mingus on March 12, 1981.

     Toni worked at Newman Memorial Hospital her entire adult life and until her passing. The hospital and her colleges were a center focus in her life. She wore Many hats over the years including blood drive coordinator and meals-on -wheels director and helped with the Christmas Parade.

     The other portion of her heart belonged to her son Preston and her beloved grandchildren, Koby, Savannah, and Addison. She drove many miles following the grandkids activities and showing them her support. Toni also has so many friends who shared her life. Her Legacy will be rich with stories of the people she loved and the lifelong friends who loved her back. She will be sorely missed.

 Toni was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Marie Stalder and Stepdad Gerald Casey,  her beloved sister Trudy Apple. She is survived by her Son Preston Mingus, of Woodward, and grandchildren; Koby Mingus USMC of San Diego, CA. and Savannah and Addison Mingus of Okarche, OK, Brother - in- Law, Temple Appel and many nieces and nephews.
