Roxanne Carnagey, 72, of Laverne, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Roxanne was born on July 8, 1953, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On January 22, 1971, she married the love of her life, Terry Carnagey, and together they built a beautiful family until his passing in 2011.

She was also blessed with ten great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy.
A hard worker, Roxanne spent many years employed at the local grocery store. But her greatest role was being the heart of her family—raising her children, her grandchildren caring for countless others along the way, and teaching by example what strength, loyalty, and love looks like.
Roxanne loved camping, fishing, floating the river, cheering for OU football, and decorating for every holiday. She was the toughest woman her family has ever known—full of grit, humor, and an unwavering devotion to those she loved.
Roxanne is preceded in death by her dad Arthur Clark and her mom and stepdad Dorothy and Roger Pemberton, her loving husband Terry Carnagey & her granddaughter Destiny Ward Reid and her siblings Bobby Clark, Vernon Dale Clark, Vicki Clark.
She is survived by her daughter Lisa Ward, Angie Adkins and husband Rex Adkins, son Derek Carnagey wife Lori. Her fourteen grandchildren, her 11 great grandchildren. One sister, one brother. Nieces & nephews.
A graveside service will be held at the Laverne, Oklahoma, cemetery to celebrate Roxannes life and legacy. Her strength and love will live on in every generation she leaves behind.
