Nada Gail (Littrell) Deal
July 6, 1945 ~ January 25, 2020 (age 74) 74 Years OldNada Gail (Littrell) Deal, the 2nd identical twin, was born on July 6, 1945 in Liberal, KS to Ira Carl and Fontell (Burditt) Littrell. Nada departed this life, at the age of 74, for her eternal home early Saturday morning, January 25, 2020 in her home with the true love of her life by her side.
Nada met Ronnie Deal in Hugoton, KS in the fall of 1961 at the young age of 16. Ronnie walked into a very full diner and Nada quickly spotted this cutie and motioned for him to come sit down and as they say, the rest is history.
Ronnie and Nada married July 21, 1962 in Hugoton, KS. Ronnie traveled with his job in the pipeline industry and so they packed everything they owned in the back of their Chevy car and traveled to various job sites. Soon Ronnie was hired with Michigan Wisconsin where they settled and made their home in Laverne in March of 1963. To this union, Teresa Mae and Ronnie Jr. were born.
Nada was baptized on October 28, 1966 in Hugoton, KS. She attended the Christian Church in Laverne for many years and later attended the Assembly of God Church in Laverne.
Through the years Nada worked at different jobs, with the first being at the Fort Supply Mental Hospital in Hill building and during this time, she made many life-long friends through co-workers. She also worked at Morey’s Drug Store, the Laverne School cafeteria and helped deliver meals to the Senior Citizens.
Nada never met a stranger and would visit and welcome all to her home. She made many life-long friends. With all the cards and yearly Christmas letters that were mailed out through the years, all of her friends and family knew they shared a very special place in her heart and were all loved very much.
Nada had a very special angel that saved her life with a special gift of a kidney donation in September 2005. This remarkable gift allowed her to spend many more wonderful years with her family until her body was just too tired to fight anymore.
We are so very thankful and our hearts were blessed with the wonderful hospice nurses, Debra, Star and Kerri that took care of our momma. We love you all dearly and thank you all for the loving care you gave momma and the love and support you gave to all of us.
