Lillian Pauline (Dunaway) Whitely

Lillian Whitely, born August 30, 1925, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 13, 2021 after a short battle with cancer.

Preceding her in death are infant son Corbett Vernon Whitely, son Larry Whitely, grandson Jeffery David Grantham, son-in-law PD Grantham, her parents and six sisters.  

She is survived by her daughter Esther Grantham of Shady Point, OK; son Lester Whitely of Stafford, MO; grandson Dr. Matt Grantham, his wife Dana, and great-grandchildren Davis, Keaton and Shana of Poteau, OK; grandson Larry Whitely and granddaughter Nikki Whitely; granddaughter Vandy Schimmels, her husband Jason, and great grandsons Braden and Bennett of Houston, TX; daughter-in-law Karen Whitely of Elk City, OK; other family and friends.  

Lillian lived many years on this earth and was ready to meet Jesus and loved ones who had gone on before her. She left a legacy of love for God and family and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
