Lillian “JoAn” Stevens

Oct 30, 1931 – Aug 19, 2021

Passed on to her final destination thru the pearly gates.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 72 years, Thomas “Wes” Stevens of Surprise Az. Her son Monte Stevens of Ft Collins, Colo., daughter Marcee Grasso of Surprise AZ, daughter Sheree Schimdt of Loveland, Colo., and her son-in-law, John Grasso of Surprise, AZ. She had 6 grandchildren, 13 great grand children, and 2 great, great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Daisy Kerns. Her sisters Pat Wynn and Shirley Smalley and her brother Dean Kerns.

JoAn was a very talented lady –  an excellent water color artist, cross-stitcher, crocheter, and bronze artist. She had a passion for puzzles of all sorts and was an avid reader.

She worked from home for many years in daycare and as a drapery seamstress. Her last 17 years of work were with Hewlett Packard in Loveland, Colo.

She will be laid to rest at Fairmont Cemetery in Follett TX, near where she grew up and met her husband.

She will be sorely missed
