Eugene James Bryer

Eugene “Abe” James Bryer, 73, went to be with the Lord on May 7, 2021 at the Beaver County Nursing Home, Beaver, Oklahoma.

Eugene was born October 16, 1947 in Houston, Texas to George and Dessie (Spears) Bryer. He attended school in Houston and later became a self-employed paving contractor. Eugene married Judy (Worton) Bryer in Wheatland, Wyoming after meeting through their parents who were in the same construction business. Together they had two sons Jesse (Melissa) Bryer and Justin (Debbie) Bryer. Eugene loved gambling in casinos, family, friends and good food.

Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Macie and two brothers Claude and Norman.

Eugene is survived by his wife Judy, his sons Jesse and Justin, brother Eason Bryer, sisters Linda Steele, Wanda Williamson, Lila Bethea, Mamie Oaks, Connie Acker and Bonnie Acker, grandchildren Chase Bryer, Macie Bryer, Chanler Bryer and Colby Bryer.
