Beulah May (Whitbeck) Myatt was born on October 1, 1927, the 5th of 6 children born to Harry Whitbeck Sr. and Opal Rosalind (Brewer) Whitbeck in Clearwater, Kansas. Her family moved to Augusta, Kansas as an early child and where she attended school.

As a young lady Beulah worked as a cleaner for years at the laundromat. Beulah married Myron Delane Myatt on December 26, 1952 and they began their life in Bramen, Oklahoma, prior to moving to Buffalo, Oklahoma.

To this union, 6 children were born; Darrel LaFevre, Michael Myatt, Shauna Jordan, Charles Myatt, Steve Myatt, and James Myatt.

Beulah worked at the Grace Living Center for 25 years prior to her working at Western State Hospital where she later retired. After retiring Beulah provided home healthcare for numerous people in Buffalo, Oklahoma. She loved to cook and there was always dinner every Sunday for anyone who came by including friends and their children’s friends at her home.

Beulah passed from this life on September 29, 2019 with her family by her side.

Beulah was preceded in death by her husband Myron Delane, two sons; Darrel Lafevre and Charles Myatt, grandson Quenton Myatt, her parents; Harry and Opal Whitbeck, niece; Donna Wilkes, brothers; Harry Whitbeck and Richard Whitbeck, sisters; Marie Spivey and Pearl Fedderson.

Beulah is survived by sister Francis Wilkes, her children; Michael Myatt, Shauna Jordan, Son In Law Arlan Jordan, Steve Myatt and wife Tonya, all of Buffalo, Oklahoma, James Myatt and Paul Fockler of Woodward, Oklahoma, Grandchildren; Zach and Brianna Myatt and children of Piedmont, Oklahoma, Brock and Lauren Jordan and family of Shattuck, Oklahoma, Jatana and Garrett Baggs and family of Freedom, Oklahoma, Whitney and Stetson Clark and children of Mooreland, Oklahoma, Including 10 great grandchildren, 2 nieces Kathy Vincent of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Pat Seymore of Camp Verdi, Arizona and her friends, Pearl Wilkerson, Louise Shahan and the people at the Nursing home in Buffalo, Oklahoma.
