My husband, Ernie Sherrid, joined the US Navy together in Great Bend and went to the Great Lakes Naval Training Station for bootcamp.
We remember Willard as a good friend to my husband.

Our condolences to his Family!!

My grandpa's baby brother. So young. We visited him at the Natl Cemetery of the Atlantic (Punchbowl), in Honolulu, in 1981, found his name on the wall there. Wish I could attend the svc.
