MISTI RICHELLE (SHAFER) OWENS

     Misti Richelle Owens was born March 18, 1969 in Shattuck, Oklahoma to Gary Shafer and Cheri (Hamilton).   She passed from this life on March 31, 2019 at Choctaw, Oklahoma of natural causes at the age of 50.

     She attended Shattuck Schools grades 1-4 and at the age of 10 was Baptized.  and then went to school in Mooreland, Oklahoma graduating in May  1987.  Misti was 1st runner up in Miss Moorland in 1986. She had a beautiful voice and loved to sing.

     Most of her life she was a Bartender and enjoyed life to the fullest. She was a very spirited young lady and had fun every day.

She was preceded in death by her father Gary Shafer and her two sisters; Brandi Owens and Michelle Pshigoda Kraft, Cousin, Mandy Harrington and both sides of her Grandparents.

      She is survived by her Son, Shiloh Owens of Amarillo, Texas; Mother, Cheri Pshigoda and husband Curtis of Shattuck, Ok: Brother Justin Owens and his wife Olga of Midland Texas; Sister; Cheri Slaughterback and her husband Seth of Cordell, Oklahoma. Brother – in – Law; Scott Kraft of Shattuck, Ok; Uncle Sam Hamilton and his wife Mary of Shattuck; Aunt Melody Lennington of Woodward, Oklahoma; one niece, Bailey and four nephews, Mitchel, Samuel and wife Lacy, John and Daniel and a host of cousins.
