The loss is all ours. For your mother, it is pure gain. She now joins your dad at rest in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. She is now free from all sorrow, pain, trouble and sin. As the hymns so memorably says it, "Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in His wonderful face, and the things of earth will grow strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace."
