Daisarie "Daisy" Venable

Daisy was born in San Antonio, Texas, on November 6, 1953 to Billy E. Rose and Drueen Rose. 

Her family moved to Beaver where she worked on their farm and helped raise her siblings.  She graduated from Beaver High School and went on to complete an accounting degree from Seward County College in Liberal, Kansas.

Daisy gave birth to her two boys, Billy and David Jacobs, in 1974 and 75.  On April 15, 1981 she married the love of her life, Jerry Venable and gained two more sons, Matt and John Venable.

She enjoyed traveling, OU football, and spending time with family and friends.  Daisy will forever be remembered for her selfless and kind loving nature. 

She passed away on December 4, 2018, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 65.  She was surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Daisy is survived by her husband of 37 years, Jerry, sons Bill and David, Matt and John, mother Drueen Rose, siblings Loretta Rose, Linvell Rose, Lloyd Rose, Sylvia Beckham, and three grandchildren Jack Venable, Mali-Kate Venable, and Santino Venable. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Rose.
