Anna Marie Ruf Schwinn, 85, of Shattuck, OK, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017, at Newman Memorial Hospital, in Shattuck.  She was born October 18, 1931, in Dalhart, TX, to Karl and Laura Bender Ruf.  She attended college at Southwestern Adventist Univeristy, Keene, TX, where she met and later married,  David E. Schwinn on May 25, 1953 .  They made their home in St. Paul, MN, until returning to Shattuck in 1960.  
Anna Marie was predeceased by her parents, three brothers, Donald, Frederick and Karl Jr; two sisters, Carolyn Ruf and Elsie Koch.  
Anna is survived by her husband, David, of Shattuck, and children, Karl E. Schwinn and wife, Katie, of Delta, CO; Roger C. Schwinn and wife, Myra, of Crowley, LA; Lyman L. Schwinn and wife, Linda, of Woodward, and Teresa Schwinn Jennings and husband, Keith, of Huntsville, AL; thirteen grandchildren,  thirtytwo great-grandchildren; sisters, Iva Knoefler, Lu Sherman, Laura Ruf, Bonnie Petree,  and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be sent to LaVida Mission, P. O. Box 3308, Farmington, MN  87499, and Maranatha Volunteers International, 900 Reserve Dr., Suite 100, Roseville, CA  95678.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at  the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Shattuck, Oklahoma
With  Elder Van Hurst and Pastor Dominiqe Alipoon officiating.  Music was Marion and Pat Stock “ I just Keep Trusting My Lord”
Van Hurst,  “One Day At A Time”.  Casket Bearers were Tim Abbott, Tanner Abbott, Wayne Williams, George Thomas, Jerson
Penafor , Jerry kuhlman and Steve St. Clair.  Honorary Casket Bearers were Fritz Herber, Wes Herber and Robert Ehrlich.
Interment was in the Seventh-day Adventist  Cemetery, South of  Shattuck, Oklahoma with the Mason Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
